Vattappara is located in the region of Kerela, India. The Duaghters of the Secret Heart has settled a small community but slowly they started to gather street children in their convent and provide them education in academic subject and education. The few number of students has multiplied in few years and the authorities has urged them to built a school as soon as possible. Teresa Nuzzo Foundation has contributed in their project and since 2017 the project is unfinished due to lack of sponsors. 

Three Maltese Volunteers from the Planning Authority Malta in 2019 has visited the project to assist in technical issues in the foundations.

The congregation has just terminated second phase of the project and is in the process of the third and last phase.
